Dear friends,
This past week, together with some 40 brave individuals, we joyously entered that magical realm where time and space shift into an eternal now. It happened at a workshop that I led at Malmö University on Mindfulness through Song.
We began gently, attuning to our breath, to presence, to the quiet within. Slowly, I invited us to explore mindfulness not only as stillness—but as sound, as resonance, as embodied connection.
By the end, we were singing—not from performance, but from the heart. The room felt alive.
There was laughter, there were tears. A soft stillness, and then something beyond words... joy as a sacred presence...
My deepest gratitude to Susanna Hedenborg, Lovisa Broms, and all the luminous souls who joined at Mindfulness Kunskapshub who helped co-create that experience. You didn’t just show up—you helped give birth to something new: The online course Playfulness!
🌟 Introducing: “Playfulness – An Elevated Approach to Mindfulness”A six-session online course | 14 May – 18 June 2025
This new offering is a space to reclaim joy as a serious force for transformation. Not despite the depth—through it.
What if mindfulness weren’t a discipline… but a dance?
Some take mindfulness seriously—perhaps too seriously. Trying to force stillness, control thoughts, suppress emotion. But what if playfulness was the key to profound presence?
This course is for those who seek more than technique. It’s for thinkers, artists, seekers, and leaders who want to master presence with grace, joy, and light-hearted depth.
Presence is not something to force. It’s something to play with.
If you feel even a small spark reading this—follow it! That’s where the magic begins. Click here for more information and to reserve your place.
With grace,
Christopher
